Just Like Daddy 2-Page Layout

Hello Everyone, it's Mila from Milamemories.blogspot.com. I am so excited to share this quick and easy two page 12x12 layout. I got the base of this layout from sketchythursdays.blogspot.com, they are a great blog to get sketch ideas. This would even work on a mini album. The cartridge I used was Life's a Beach, I use this one very often for our vacations, so i was extremely excited that we got to explore it on Tuesday Treats this month. I had some wonderful pictures of my son and husband together. In one of the pictures which is a 5x7 photo my son was standing the exact same way as my husband and they even had the same facial expression. It was just so precious I had to scrap it. We were on the beach in Florida, which is one of my favorite places.

The paper collection i used for the base of the layouts was by K & Company Sea Glass and I cut out a few images from Graphic 45 Boardwalk collection. I inked most all of the edges with Vintage Photo distress ink by Tim Holtz. I used some rubons from Making Memories for the title and added some Prima bling to the pages (LOVE IT!!), I tried for the bottom to look like sand since the photos are of my husband and son on the beach together. Lastly, I put a Tim Holtz border strip along both pages and then cut it in half, I really like the way it turned out. Below are some close ups of the layout.

Please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you guys think. Hope you like it!! I will upload the file for this layout including all the measurements on my blog by tomorrow late night.

Thanks for looking,

Mila
